Founded in 1892, General Electronics is one of the most famous and respectable companies in the world. As of 2015, the company operates through the following segments: Appliances, Power and Water, Oil and Gas, Energy management, Aviation, Healthcare, Transportation and Capital. In 1896, General Electric was one of the original 12 companies listed on the Dow Jones Industrial Average. After 119 years, it is the only one of the original companies still listed on the Dow index, although it has not been on the index continuously. With over 300,000 employees worldwide, GE now delivers her products to over 100 countries. In 2015, GE ranked No. 24 in the Fortune 500.
The cooperation between GE and S&L can be traced back to 2006. S&L was qualified by GE for EHS in 2011. S&L set up the Ion Chromatograph washing and testing system for GE in 2013. S&L supplies 4 to 12 layers rigid PCB to GE worldwide.
